Its a scam!!!!!! Don't rent from these people. No matter if you pay your bill on the 1st or the 14th of each month they do not post your payment on time which ends up incurring late fees because of their laziness then they threaten to come pick up their shed. The online payment history is so jacked up out of shape that it actually shows 3 different years. Or it shows 2 payments for that month but you still get blamed for their mistake. Paying online is not an option either cus they lost my payment due to a computer glitch and now they want me to pay 3 times what my normal payment is to catch it back up when I have all my bank and money order receipts
I can't speak for the rent to own program, but we called to see if they could build a 16x32 two story barn style cabin for our "tiny house" and Philip got us quoted and scheduled right away. It was not the cheapest quote we found & it was going to be a little longer wait then we expected, but after seeing the quality of work on their lot we decided it was worth the wait. While waiting for our scheduled on site build date, Philip contacted us and said they had an unexpected opening in their schedule and could start right away. They built our cabin in 10 DAYS flat! If you need something built on site these are the guys you want. They roll and they do not cut corners... top notch all the way! See pics. Thanks MBB. although we spoke with no one at our brief visit, this is the place that we will be buying our outbuilding. The quality of the work is substantially ovciously better that any other shops for a 300 mile radius that we've seen. although it's not the closest one, it is the best and will be our choice. Great shop on a beautiful piece of land.
Ordered from the main website; Emily is super friendly and promptly answers all questions. Made the whole process a breeze! Production and Delivery were both right on schedule. The delivery man is friendly and really knows what he's doing! Great experience!
